Karry is a full-time piano and music theory teacher, with over 10-years’ teaching experience. She is also a great piano accompanist. She has learnt the piano since primary school. In secondary school, she had the privilege to be the pianist for morning assembly, passing the exams of ABRSM Grade 8 Piano and Trinity ATCL Diploma in piano recital. She is studying her LTCL Diploma to further her education  of music.

Karry completed her Bachelor Degree and Teaching Diploma at Hong Kong Baptist University. During her years in university, she was introduced to a Jazz Band. She started working as a teacher in a primary school. Her passion to be a professional piano teacher grew

and she decided to take up a career as a piano teacher. Her paramount goal, is to inspire her students’ interest in music, believing that every

student has potential talent for music and is eager to teach students to start playing the piano with joy, enthusiasm and professionalism.

Karry’s students range in age from around 3 to mature adults. She is able to tailor effective teaching materials and curriculums, based on the individual need of the student. She derives much satisfaction from her career especially as some of her students have begun to pursue a

career in music.

本人從事音樂教育二十年，曾經在小學任教，十分了解學生心理，學生由3歲幼兒至40歲以上成人不等，有責任心、耐性，專門改善壞習慣，提供有效的練習方法，能找出學生的強弱項，跟據學生情況度身訂做一套切合學生的課程，強化優點，改善弱點。
本人已考獲鋼琴演奏級並曾跟隨中大音樂系名師繼續進修LTCL，希望透過自己對音樂的熱誠用生命感動生命。本人相信學習音樂並不只是一門技能,而是一種藝術的培養，能從中幫助學生學懂欣賞別人及自己，堅持不懈, 細心，專注，從錯誤中學習。本人相信所有的孩子也有若干的音樂天分，問題是怎樣去發掘，只要他們一旦接觸音樂，這種與音樂的交流、喜悅便能伴隨他一生。
